Ordering

Orders can be placed directly with Com-Power or by contacting the distributors listed.

Placing an Order

United States and Canada
You can place your order directly with Com-power by telephone,fax or e-mail. Please confirm all orders with written purchase orders. Your order should include the following:

  • Purchase order number
  • Part number, quantity
  • Description and price of each item
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Purchaser’s name and phone number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Tax exemption certificate (if applicable)
  • New customers who want to establish credit must also supply trade and bank references

International Orders
All orders originating outside United States and Canada must be prepaid via wire transfer. A written purchase order must be sent via fax, e-mail or mail to process and to confirm the order. Purchase order should include forwarder account numbers and contact information. Otherwise, obtain quote for shipping charges prior to wire transfer.

Prices
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification. Products are subject to discontinuance. Applicable taxes, insurance and shipping charges are to be paid in full by the purchaser.

Product Evaluation ( within United States Only)
Some products are available for two-week evaluation before purchase at no charge. However, the customer must pay for both outbound and inbound shipping and Insurance. Contact Com-Power for further details.

Renting equipment
Com-Power does not rent any equipment at this time

Repairs & Returns
Repairs and returns may come directly to Com-Power or through the local representative.

All returns must be shipped prepaid in resellable condition in the original packing container or equivalent. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the products are packaged properly to avoid damage during transit. Repairs should be shipped without accessories or documentation.

All returns & repairs must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the shipping label, obtained from Com-Power or your local Representative prior to returning the product. Contact information and a note indicating the nature of the problem must accompany all repairs.

Payment
Payment can be made by check, money order or T1T (wire transfer). We accept VISA and Mastercard card payment.

Note
We will not accept checks drawn to banks outside the United States or foreign currency.

Delivery
Most products in the catalog are in stock and are available for immediate delivery. Please confirm price and delivery when you place the order. Out-of-warranty repairs will be billed at the cost of replacement materials, plus service time. Shipping charges, both ways are to be paid by the customer

Free technical support is available from Com-Power every business day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. A simple phone call will put you in direct contact with our application engineers before and after your purchase. You can also send us e-mail.

Warranty

All equipment manufactured by Com-Power Corporation is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment. Com-Power Corporation will repair or replace any defective item or material if notified within the warranty period. You will not be charged for warranty service performed at our factory. You must, however, prepay inbound shipping cost and have a return authorization.

This warranty does not apply to:

a) products damaged during shipment from your plant to ours.
b) improperly installed products.
c) products operated outside their specifications.
d) improperly maintained products.
e) consumable items such as batteries, lamps, fuses, etc.
f) modified products.
g) normal wear of material.
h) calibration.

Any warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, that are not specifically set forth herein, will not be considered applicable to any equipment sold or otherwise furnished by Com-Power Corporation. Under no circumstances does Com-Power Corporation recognize or assume any liability for any loss, damage or expense arising either directly or indirectly from the use or handling of products manufactured by Com-Power Corporation, or any inability to use them separately or in combination with other equipment or material.

The warranty is void if items are shipped outside United States, without prior knowledge of Com-Power Corporation.
