Used for CISPR 16 Part 1-3 The absorbing clamp CLA-150 was designed for EMC emissions measurement of from electrical instruments via their connecting leads. The absorbing clamp is described in CISPR 16 part 1-3: Radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus.
Every absorbing clamp is calibrated uniquely with NIST traceability in accordance with CISPR 16-1-3. Both the certificate and the calibration data are included with the unit. On request, authorized ISO 17025 calibration is also offered.
Because of its incredibly sturdy design, the chassis is an excellent option for regular indoor and outdoor laboratory use.
Clamp may be easily moved along the length of the line(s) under test thanks to the handle at the top and the wheels at the bottom.
The primary distinction between the two clamps is the aperture size: the CLA-050 has an aperture size of 0.5" and the CLA-150 has an aperture size of 1.4".
