1x Series Single Phase LISN Overview
The Com-Power 1x Series single phase Line Impedance Stabilization Networks (LISNs) are engineered for accurate, repeatable power line conducted emissions testing across a frequency range of 150 kHz to 30 MHz. Every model in this series features 50 µH air-core inductors to eliminate core saturation, and each unit ships with an individual NIST-traceable calibration certificate. All 1x Series LISNs are fully compliant with CISPR 16-1-2 and ANSI C63.4 standards, making them suitable for FCC, CE, and EN regulatory testing.

Key Features Across the 1x Series
- 50 µH Air-Core Inductors: Prevent magnetic saturation and permeability variation across all load conditions.
- Insertion Loss < 0.5 dB: Minimal signal loss ensures measurement integrity from 150 kHz to 30 MHz.
- Isolation > 40 dB: Effective decoupling of the equipment under test (EUT) from AC mains interference.
- 50 Ω N-Type RF Connector: Standard interface for spectrum analyzers and EMI receivers.
- Individual Calibration: Every unit is shipped with impedance, phase, isolation, and insertion loss data plus a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
- Three-Year Warranty: All models include a standard three-year manufacturer warranty.
Real-Life Use Cases

Typical Use Cases |
LIN-120C
(20 A) |
Ideal for desktop electronics, IT equipment, LED lighting drivers, and consumer appliances that draw up to 20 A. Its built-in transient limiter makes it a convenient all-in-one solution for small EMC test labs and pre-compliance testing setups where bench space and budget are limited. |
LI-125C
(25 A) |
Well suited for small home appliances, power tools, battery chargers, and audio/video equipment. Commonly used in accredited test laboratories performing FCC and CE conducted emissions testing for products in the 10–25 A range. |
LI-150C
(50 A) |
Designed for industrial control equipment, large office machinery, EV chargers, HVAC systems, and commercial kitchen appliances. Frequently deployed in both compliance and pre-compliance labs testing medium-power equipment for CISPR and EN standards. |
LI-1100C
(100 A) |
Built for high-power industrial motors, welding equipment, large UPS systems, heavy-duty inverters, and 3-phase machinery (when paired with a second unit). Features forced-air cooling and a higher 440 VAC voltage rating, making it the go-to choice for full-compliance testing of high-current equipment. |
How to Choose the Right 1x Series LISN
Select the model based on the maximum current draw of your equipment under test (EUT). For products drawing up to 20 A with a preference for an integrated transient limiter, the LIN-120C is the most compact option. The LI-125C and LI-150C cover mid-range current needs at 25 A and 50 A respectively. For high-power applications up to 100 A or 3-phase setups, the LI-1100C provides the headroom and voltage rating required. All models share the same 50 µH / 150 kHz–30 MHz / CISPR 16 & ANSI C63.4 foundation, so your measurement methodology remains consistent regardless of which unit you select.
