Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories/manuals.
Calibration fees, shipping charges, and international duties are non-refundable.

For high-end electronic test equipment, industry-standard restocking fees range from 15% to 30%.
Tiered Restocking Fees:

Restocking fees apply only to products that are unused and returned in original condition.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
If there is any sign of use, installation, damage, calibration, modification, or wear, the product will be deemed non-returnable.
The final determination of product condition will be made upon Com-Power's inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
If the item fails inspection (missing accessories, damaged), partial refund or refusal may apply.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective.
