At Com-Power, we are committed to providing reliable support, transparent processes, and timely communication for all customers. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience from product selection to post-purchase assistance.

1. Technical Support

  • Free lifetime phone and email technical support for all Com-Power products.

  • Typical response time: within 1 business day.

  • Support includes setup assistance, troubleshooting, test configuration guidance, and application support.

2. Customer Communication

  • All inquiries receive clear and professional responses.

  • Order confirmations, tracking details, lead-time updates, and calibration status are provided promptly.

  • Customers are notified immediately of any order delays, backorders, or export-compliance issues.

3. Product Warranty

  • Standard 3-year warranty on most products (refer to individual product pages).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.

4. Calibration & Service

  • NIST-traceable calibration is available for all applicable instruments.

  • ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibrations available for specific products listed in our accreditation scope.

  • Scope includes LISNs, Current Probes, Antennas, Preamplifiers, and other EMC test equipment.

  • Accredited calibration services are performed in accordance with Com-Power’s ISO 17025 quality system and published measurement uncertainties.

  • Typical calibration turnaround time: 5–7 business days after receipt.

  • Expedited service available upon request.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders received before 12 PM PST typically ship the same or next business day.

  • International orders follow all required export regulations, including ECCN classification, Schedule B, and EEI requirements.

  • Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.
