Receive your RMA
Com-Power will review your request and reply with an RMA number by email.

Pack & Ship Your Unit
Pack the unit securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Calibration / Repair
We perform the requested calibration (17025 or NIST-traceable) or repair service.

Return Shipment
The unit is returned using your FedEx/UPS account or pre-paid (Com-Power-arranged) shipping — your choice.
Com-Power services both Com-Power-manufactured and non-Com-Power equipment. Please ensure the RMA number appears on the outside of the shipping container; boxes without an RMA may be delayed on receipt.
