CGC-105 Comb Generator Overview
• Stable conducted comb generator and reference signal source for verifying LISN-based conducted emissions measurement systems (10 kHz–115 MHz range).
• Selectable 10 kHz or 50 kHz frequency step modes, with 20-ppm frequency stability and ±0.1 dB amplitude flatness.
• Produces fundamental and harmonic outputs with levels close to or above CISPR disturbance limits for clear visibility on EMI receivers.
• High output impedance design allows safe use whether the LISN is powered, unpowered, or connected to external mains.
• Internal 6 V / 1 Ah NiMH rechargeable battery provides over 23 hours of continuous operation.
• Connects directly to most LISNs via interchangeable output pins (CGC-P25A, CGC-P50A, CGC-P100A) for various EUT port types.
• Optional CGC-105P-ADA-CAL and CGC-105P-ADA-USP adapters support direct instrument or AC-receptacle connection.
